Trump Signs the Terrible Stimulus Bill, With a Caveat. The Impoundment Control Act

While it is true that President Trump signed off on the overly long, overly loaded Stimulus Bill, it is not without a few hitches.

A statement clarifying the decision to sign the bill was provided and it invoked the usage of an Act passed in 1974 that will be a turning point in this bill coming into being: The Impoundment Control Act.

Most people just read the headline, but it's never that simple when the media reports on Trump, you all realize that by now.
