FELLAHEEN

Meatball Ingredients:

2 cups fine bulgur with meatballs
1 glass of semolina
3 tablespoons of flour
1 egg
1 tablespoon of pepper paste
1 tablespoon tomato paste
Salt
Black pepper
Chili pepper
Cumin
For the sauce:

1, 5 tea glasses of olive oil
5-6 cloves of garlic (can be reduced or increased if desired)
2 cups tomato sauce or canned tomatoes

1 bunch of parsley
To boil the meatballs:

2 liters of water
Water is boiled with a teaspoon of lemon salt and regular salt.
Fabrication
Soak the bulgur, semolina and spice with 2.5 cups of hot water and let it brew.
After resting for 10-15 minutes, add flour, egg and pepper paste and knead it to form a paste.
Take chickpea-sized pieces from the obtained dough and wet our hands slightly and roll them in the palm of your hand in the form of small meatballs.
These meatballs are pressed with a little finger and formed into a button shape and placed on a floured tray or greaseproof paper.
The oil is heated in a pan for the sauce.
Roasted the crushed garlic lightly, add the pepper paste and grated tomato and bring it to the consistency of sauce until the tomatoes are cooked.
Put the meatballs in boiling water little by little, boil for 5 minutes and colander
It is put on the sauce cooked in the pan and infused for two minutes on low heat. Finally, it is garnished with finely chopped parsley. Enjoy your meal.
