Harvest Haven Wood-fired Oven Is Fired Up

Our wood-fired oven is finished and fired up to bake bread.

This amazingly intricate unit has a cooktop area, as well as the oven. It doesn’t take much wood to heat the oven efficiently and there’s not a whiff of smoke in the room.

To our knowledge, there’s not another oven like this in Canada.

Now, we patiently wait for the rest of the building to be completed, of which also there is not another like it in the country that we know.

Finally, we’re hoping there’ll be no bread like ours, a dream come to reality we can share with you.

Till then, enjoy the anticipation; which, it is told, is half the pleasure.
