Good morning, I’m still reporting on the coup.
A new article, published yesterday by Ted Noel in the American Thinker, posits that Vice President Pence has another alternative to deal with the coupsters come Jan. 6.
Remember, Pence will preside over the Joint Session of Congress to open and tabulate the legal votes.
The most important word to understand during this entire Joint Session is the word “plenary”.
Here’s the Webster’s definition:
“complete in every respect: absolute, unqualified.”
The founders, in their wisdom, were providing a way to settle a contested election. This is it! The final court. Whatever this Joint Session decides is The final word! And the big boss of this final word is the President of the Senate, who is, in all cases, also the sitting Vice-President of the United States.
His word is plenary. No one can contest it. It doesn’t go to the Supreme Court. If you don’t like it, stuff it until the next election in this Republic.
The reason for this power is the founders knew that someone had to be the final decider, or the nation could be irreparably divided and the Republic destroyed.
And that is exactly the situation we find ourselves in today. And ultimately, Pence is THE decider, and only Pence can save this nation from a communist dictatorship.
That’s the ultimate in awesome responsibilities, and Pence is nothing if not responsible.
Pence’s oath of office is to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic. That, too, spells out our unprecedented situation today.
Seven states - Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, New Mexico, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin - have dueling slates of electors. Pence and Pence alone must decide how he will handle the situation when he is handed the two sealed envelopes from these states.
Incidentally, the ballot opening goes by alphabetical order, so we will get a good idea of how this will go very early on in the potentially explosive proceedings because Alabama is first, followed by Alaska, with Arizona third on the list.
The last time this came up was in 1800 – 220 years ago – when Thomas Jefferson chose to count defective electoral votes from Georgia – thereby ensuring that he would become the President. If that’s not a demonstration of plenary power, nothing is.
All seven of these contested states had elections which were without question in violation of the existing state laws governing presidential elections.
Pence will probably point out that he is obligated to count only valid, lawful votes.

According to the American Thinker article:
“Any process that does not follow these rules is not an election. Anything that proceeds from it cannot be regarded as having any lawful import.”
In an article dated Dec. 19, 2020 in the left-leaning “Market Watch” the far-left leaning reporter, Chris Matthews opined:
“The campaign by President Donald Trump and his allies to cast doubt on the legitimacy of the November elections has dealt long-lasting damage to U.S. democracy and will set up the nation for more drama on Jan. 6, when Congress formally tallies the electoral votes for president….”
But this is the system set in place 244 years ago by the founders. It’s not Donald Trump’s system.
The easiest way to understand what this system is, would be to say it is the emergency brake the founders set in place for just such a situation.
Rogue states trying to swing the election for a candidate beholding to a foreign enemy of the United States. At the last moment, the President of the Senate sees danger directly ahead and he pulls on the emergency brake to prevent the ship of state from sliding over into an unrecoverable abyss.
Leftist eggheads are arguing that Pence’s only job is to count the votes and shut up. That is a deliberate and partisan misreading of a combination of the U.S. Constitution and the 12th Amendment.
Pence won’t be going “rogue”. He is the Constitutionally-established emergency brake and to not do his duty in the face of allowing this low-intensity conflict of bribery of our public officials combined with a 50-year-long plan of subversion would be irresponsibility on the largest possible scale for someone given charge of this blessed Republic.
So, author Ted Noal, bless his heart, thinks this is the way it will go, and I agree wholeheartedly.
When Arizona is announced, Pence will say words to this effect:
“In my hand are envelopes purporting to contain electoral votes from Arizona. They are competing for consideration, so it is essential that I consider the law that governs this. That law, according to the Legislature of Arizona and Article II, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution is the Arizona statute that includes procedures for signature-matching on absentee ballots, a requirement that all absentee ballots be first requested by a legitimate voter, and that election monitors be meaningfully present at all times while votes were counted.”

In other words, he will give a brief outline of why the contested state’s ballots are being dismissed to the howls of the Desperados in the audi ence as well as on the floor of the House of Representatives.
After Pence finishes his summary of the deficiencies of the Arizona vote he will say – in effect:
“Since the state of Arizona has failed to follow the election law established by its legislature under Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution, it has not conducted a presidential election. Therefore, no "presidential electors" were appointed in Arizona. Further, "electors" "certified" by non-legislative actors pursuant to this process are in fact not "presidential electors." The competing slate of "electors" is similarly deficient, having not been elected through a presidential election.
“Therefore, the chair rules that Arizona has not transmitted the votes of any presidential electors to this body. Arizona presents zero votes for Donald Trump and zero votes for Joseph Biden.”
The uproar amongst the Desperados will be unprecedented. Hopefully no armaments have been smuggled into the chamber because should because Pence’s successor would be the Speaker of the House.
Once the other 6 contested states were given zero electoral votes due to deficient elections, President Trump’s final electoral vote total would be 232, and Biden’s would be reduced to 222.
And according to the exact wording of the 12th Amendment:
“[T]he votes shall then be counted .... The person having the greatest number of votes for President, shall be the President…."
Trump will have been re-elected si nce he has the majority and so there will be no need for the House of Representatives to resolve the matter in a contingent election.
It will be over!
And that, my friends is why our President needs you to surround the Capitol on Jan. 6th.
I’m still reporting from just outside the citadel of world freedom. Good day.
