I cooked Zuppa Soup today./今天我煮了羽衣甘藍義大利香腸湯
Today I cooked zuppa soup, which is suitable for the cold weather now. It contains sauteed bacon, maple sausage, crisp kale, and creamy cream.
Ingredients:
12 oz bacon
1 lb maple sausage
1 c onion chopped
3 garlic
3 red chili pepper( according to your taste)
1 carrot
1 pint (473 ml) heavy cream
1 bunch kale
2 cans chicken broth
1 can water
4 medium size red potatoes
½ tsp salt
Instructions:
Cut the bacon into cubes and dice the vegetable. Fry bacon first, and save the grease.
After the sausage is fried, add the red chili peppers, garlic, onions, and cook until fragrant. Add the carrots and potatoes and mix in, then add 2 cans of chicken broth and 1 can of water. After boiling for 20 minutes, check whether the potatoes are soft, add kale and cook for 5 minutes, and finally add bacon and heavy cream at the very end.

配料:
12盎司培根
1磅楓香腸
1杯切碎的洋蔥
3大蒜頭
3紅辣椒(根據您的口味)
1個紅蘿蔔
1品脫(473毫升)鮮奶油
1束羽衣甘藍菜
2罐雞湯
1罐水
4個中等大小的紅馬鈴薯
½茶匙鹽
作法:
把培根和所有的菜都切好,先炒培根, 將油存起來。
香腸炒好放入紅辣椒蒜頭洋蔥,炒香後將紅蘿蔔馬鈴薯放進去炒, 加入2 罐的雞湯和 1罐的水。煮20分後檢查馬鈴薯是否軟,再放入羽衣甘藍菜煮5 分,最後放入培根和鮮奶油(不能煮太久)。
