煎叉燒腸粉
Panfried Ricesheet Roll

這是公仔點心。
叉燒腸粉解凍,便容易煎/熟。
加少量油在平底鑊,放進叉燒腸粉。
腸粉已經軟了,和有點黏。
不要太猛火,很容易熟。
顏色差不多了,可以上碟。
加豉油,可以馬上食喇。
腸粉已經有油,不用下太多油。
時間多一點,便脆一些。按自己喜歡。

Defrost the rolls, easier to fry/cook.
Add oil and put the ricesheet rolls.
The rice rolls are already soft and a bit sticky.
It's easy to cook.
Colours are ok, it is ready to serve.
No need to add too much oil.
