Deep fry shrimps with pineapple, homemade mayonnaise/鳳梨蝦球,自製美乃滋
Ingredients:
Marinade shrimps:
20 Shrimps
1 egg white
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp flour
5 c cooking oil
4 oz sweet potato powder
2 slice pineapple
2 tbsp homemade mayonnaise
Instructions: Heat oil 350˙c
1. Dry shrimps.
2. Cut a line down the top of them to pull vein out. Use the knife lightly
scrape the tail of each shrimp
to get dirt out.
3. Make tiny little scores along the length of the underbelly of the shrimp to
remove the tightness of the
shrimp.
4. Marinade shrimp. Egg white, salt mix and flour.
5.Shrimp coated with sweet potato powder. Set for a second.
6. Heat oil. Fry shrimp twice.
7. Shrimp mix with pineapple and mayonnaise.

鳳梨蝦球
材料:
醃蝦:
20只蝦
1個蛋白
¼茶匙鹽
1茶匙麵粉
5 杯蔬菜油
4盎司地瓜粉
2片鳳梨
2湯匙美乃滋
作法:油350˙c
1.蝦子擦乾。
2.用刀輕輕刮去每隻蝦的尾巴清除污垢。
3.沿蝦的肋骨長度劃小一點,以消除蝦的鬆緊感。
4.醃製蝦。蛋清,鹽混合粉。
5.蝦仁塗上地瓜粉。
6.加熱油。炸蝦兩次。
7.蝦仁配菠蘿和美乃滋。
