Meyer v. Waid settled: Are people upset with Ya Boi Zack or Richard C Meyer?

Last night word leaked out that Ya Boi Zack's the long standing lawsuit against Mark Waid was dropped, presumably with an out of court settlement. Many fans, especially those in Comicsgate and those who donated to Zack's Gofundme. Some people wanted to cancel orders and some vowed to swear off comics all together.

But are people really upset with Richard C Meyer or are the upset with a comic book superhero like persona they attribute to Ya Boi Zack?
