Thigh exercises are one of the most fat burning exercises in the body in general because the thigh muscle is one of the largest muscles in the body and therefore needs a lot of energy and this energy is withdrawn from the fat stores in the body.
In the second level of the mountain range, which targets the thigh muscles in general and focuses on the buttock muscles, we moved to a higher level of exercises in terms of intensity and time.
Exercise after each episode for a week, and in the following week move on to the next session so that the muscles are ready to move to a higher level.
Don't forget to record your measurements to notice the difference every week and to encourage others.
