In this video we discuss some of the negative implications of regular mask wearing & give you an alternative perspective that maybe you have not heard yet. Sadly healthy life style like nutrition, exercise, getting good sleep, limiting stress, getting outside, supplements & social interaction has been completely left out of the conversations and we are told to just wear mask & properly sanitize without considering the negative side effects to long term mask wearing.
