Ep.225 | TEXAS STATE SUES 4 BATTLEGROUND STATES FOR UNCONSTITUTIONAL PRACTICES IN THE 2020 ELECTION

In this video-based podcast episode, I share the latest news on the Texas State lawsuit which involves four battleground states for their unconstitutional election practices in the general election which will go to SCOTUS. By law, any state has the right to sue for its state citizens if their constitutional rights have been violated and in this case, they have been by the key battleground states as their nefarious practices and unconstitutional actions in the 2020 general election have deterred POTUS Donald Trump that Texans have voted for to not be elected and instead be given to Joe Biden as the unpopular candidate. Moreover, this is very important for Donald J. Trump due to the fact that December 8th, 2020 was the last day that SCOTUS can be involved if lawsuits are filed before or on December 8th. Furthermore, SCOTUS will now make the call on the unconstitutionality of these four battleground states and if their voting practices or votes tallied are valid to receive electoral votes for Biden on January 6th, 2021.
