Integrate Your Soul Fragments and Heal (Soul Embodiment)

When we're born, our attention and awareness becomes focused on our external environment. This continues to be reinforced throughout our childhood as we learn from parents, school, religion, etc. These beliefs and the traumas created by them cause our energy to disperse, and as a result, we form parallel versions of ourselves (fragments).

These fragments need to be healed so they can integrate and resonate to a higher vibrational frequency. Often times, we tend to avoid these versions of us because we don't like the way they feel. Fortunately, our soul knows exactly what needs to be healed so that we can ascend!

In this video I discuss the nature of these fragments and our soul's plan to integrate them back into oneness.
