【129】PCR検査では、何もわからない - 大橋眞

PCR検査は、遺伝子の断片を検査するものです。病原体を検査するものではありません。新コロゲノムは、3万塩基の長さがあり、PCRで増幅しているのは、100塩基なので、全体の300分の１の遺伝子について、調べているだけです。全体の300分の１を調べただけで、全体がわかると勘違いしている人も多いようです。その理由として、新コロはこれまでとは違った新しいウイルスなので、遺伝子の一部を調べれば、全体が判るという考えです。この考えには、遺伝子バンクに登録された他のウイルスと異なることは、情報検索でわかるということが基本にあるようです。しかし、遺伝子バンクに登録されている遺伝子数は限られています。地球上のあらゆる遺伝子の種類は、天文学的な値であり、遺伝子バンクの情報は全体のごく一部に過ぎません。すなわち、実際に全体を調べてみないと、本当の顔かたちはわからないのです。しかも、それぞれの人が、違ったウイルスを持ってる可能性があります。一人の人が何種類もウイルスを持っています。このようなことから、300分の１を調べれば、すべてが判るという考えは、明らかな間違いです。実際にそれぞれの人について、その人が持っているすべてのウイルスを調べる必要があるのです。しかし、実際には、このようなことは不可能です。
　このように、PCR検査で、症状のない人の検査をすることは、まったく意味がありません。症状のある人についても、症状の説明が出来る程度のウイルス量でないと、検査の意味がありません。無症状の人を検査するのと、同じ過ちをしてしまいます。
　現在のPCR検査は、病原性を調べるのでなく、PCR陽性を感染者と称して、新しい病気をつくっているというレベルではないかと思います。新コロというラベルをPCRで作り出しているようなものです。すなわち新コロという名称は、葵の御紋のような使われ方になっています。ウイルスの全体像が分からないままに、ラベルを張り続けることは、科学の世界から逸脱しています。マスクや自粛、隔離の必要性の根拠には、なり得ません。

The PCR test tests for a fragment of a gene. It does not test for pathogens. The new cologenome has a length of 30,000 bases, and only 100 bases are amplified by PCR, so we are only investigating 1/300 of the genes. It seems that many people mistakenly think that they can understand the whole by just examining 1/300 of the whole. In other words, the true shape of the face cannot be known without actually examining the whole. Moreover, each person may have a different virus. One person has many types of viruses. Given this, the idea that if you look at 1/300, you'll know everything is a clear mistake. In fact, for each person, you need to find out all the viruses that person has. But in reality, this is not possible.
In this way, it is completely meaningless to test a person without symptoms by PCR test. Even for people with symptoms, the test is meaningless unless the viral load is sufficient to explain the symptoms. You make the same mistake as testing an asymptomatic person.
The current PCR test does not check for pathogenicity, but calls PCR positive as an infected person, and I think it is at the level of creating a new disease. It's like creating a label called New Coro by PCR. In other words, the name Shinkoro is used like Aoi's crest. Continuing to label without knowing the big picture of the virus deviates from the scientific world. It cannot be the basis for the need for masks, self-restraint, or quarantine.
