It has been reported that prior to the Supreme Court’s decision not to hear the case brought by the Texas Attorney General, Ken Paxton, that yelling and angry voices could be heard emanating from Chief Justice Roberts’ chambers,

As the nine justices debated whether to hear the case of election fraud, Justice Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito brought up the Bush v Gore precedent, and Chief Justice screamed, that in 2000, we did not have rioting in the streets.

This is an excellent example of why Martial Law and the Insurrection Act must be invoked. If now, our Supreme Court refuses to follow the U.S. Constitution for fear of reprisal, of violence and of insurrection, are we not already under a tyrannical form of Martial Law, where the real law cannot be enforced due to what the mob of hoodlums, Socialist thugs and Anarchists might do?
