【108】遺伝子組み換えワクチン - 大橋眞

今回の騒動で、遺伝子組み換えワクチンの接種が予定されています。このような新しいタイプのワクチンを、いきなり大人数を対象として接種することは、多くの問題があります。
　そもそも、新しい感染症が広がっているという事実はあるのでしょうか。PCR検査をしないとわからないレベルの問題が、病気と言えるのでしょか。病気とはいったい何なのかという定義の問題になりますが、普段の生活が何の問題もない人が病人であるという考え方は、正しいのでしょうか。このような健康上何の問題もない人が病人であるとする根拠は、無症状の人が感染源になるという話から来ています。この話もPCRを使って創られたわけで、まさにPCRによって創られた感染症と言うことが出来るでしょう。
　このように、健康上問題がないのに、謎のワクチン接種計画が進められています。日本が導入を決めたワクチンとして、ウイルスワクチンとｍRNAワクチンがあります。また、日本のベンチャー企業が、DNAワクチンの開発を進めています。ウイルスワクチンは、チンパンジーのアデノウイルスをベクターとして、新コロ遺伝子を組み替えたものであり、遺伝子組み換えウイルスです。DNAワクチンは、大腸菌プラスミドという環状のDNAに新コロ遺伝子を挿入した組み換えDNAをワクチンとするものです。また、ｍRNAワクチンは、新コロゲノムのRNAがｍRNAとして働くように改変し、アジュバントとしての機能を持ったRNA2本鎖をつないだものです。いずれも遺伝子組み替え体であり、このようなものを接種することにより、将来どのような問題が起こり得るのかということは、予測できないところがあります。効果の点についても、抗体が確認できたとする程度で見切り発車するようです。遺伝子組み換え食品を避ける風潮が強い日本人が、それよりも危険そうな遺伝子組み換えワクチンを恐れないのは、不思議なことです。
　このような危険性を抱えたワクチンを検討する前に、本当に新しい感染症が拡大しているのかを検討するべきなのです。PCRを使わないと確認できないような事柄について、新しい病気が蔓延しているとするのは、大きな問題です。感染症とは何なのか、病気とは何なのか、病原体とは何なのか、そして無症状者が感染源になるという科学的根拠はあるのか、といった根本的な問題を考え直す必要があります。

It is strange that Japanese people, who have a strong tendency to avoid genetically modified foods, are not afraid of more dangerous genetically modified vaccines.
Before considering a vaccine with such a risk, it is necessary to consider whether a new infectious disease is really spreading.
