【82】無症状者が感染源になるという話に科学的根拠なし - 大橋眞

無症状者が感染源になりうるという話が、今回の騒動の大きな原因です。この話の根拠は、ドイツのグループが出した論文です。この論文は、5名の有症状の患者がPCR陽性であり、この内の何人かはお互いに無症状期に接触したことから、無症状期に感染したと結論づけています。しかし、PCRは遺伝子の類似性を見るだけであり、同一性を証明しているわけではありません。お互いに感染が起こったとすれば、遺伝子は限りなく同一のはずであり、配列を決めて同一性を確認する必要があります。しかもウイルス数の情報がなく、症状とPCR陽性のウイルスとの因果関係も不明です。さらに前検査もないために、もともと各人が持っていたウイルスである可能性もあります。これまで各国からの報告では、今回問題となっているウイルスは、咽頭スワッブサンプルに非常に少なく、とても飛沫感染を起こせる量ではありません。このような事実から、無症状者が感染源になるという話の科学的根拠はなく、ドイツの論文は解釈を間違えていると考えられます。WHOがドイツの論文が間違いないものとして、世界各国に指示を出した結果、マスク、三密をさける、自粛、新生活スタイルなどにつながったのです。この根拠となる論文は解釈間違いであり、科学的根拠にはなり得ないものです。すなわち、マスク、三密をさける、自粛、移動制限などは、科学的根拠が存在しないいうことになります。　
　　さらに今後予測されるワクチン強制接種の話なども、無症状者が感染源になりうるという話を根拠にしています。移動制限などを強化する必要があるという話も、無症状者が感染源になっているという誤解から出てきています。クラスター発生に関しても、ウイルス量のチェックや遺伝子配列の決定による同一性の確認が欠かせません。このような確認もしないでPCRの結果のみの不必要な騒ぎは慎むべきでしょう。
　このような科学的根拠のない話が今回の騒動の原因になっています。このような現実に関しての理解を広めていく必要があります。
