Shibuya Skyline From the Top of a Building by Miyashita Park, Tokyo Japan 2020

There is an outdoor terrace on top of a building in Miyashita Park, Shibuya, Tokyo, where you can walk to get a look over the Shibuya area skyline. It's not high up, but doesn't have to be because most of the buildings aren't very tall. Inside, there are several places to eat, including a Panda Express, even! haha
