Secretaries of Treasury and State taking action based on Executive Order

It looks like the 9/12/2018 Executive Order on foreign interference in our elections is about to be acted upon. As I said, POTUS does not need to order them to act because the EO already did that back in 2018. They're just coordinating in their action to make sure they're doing things correctly.
