A friend of mine has the opinion that anti-vaxxers are the most dangerous "conspiracy nuts". This is important to know, and if one sow doubts there, they might also start to think about all other "truths" that they believe in. Example:
Why are the anti-vaxxers never as unhealthy as many vaxxers are? Because the anti-vaxxers eat way better. Shouldn't the vaxxers copy that?

No doctor, no matter how great, can ever do a better job than you. You know about your problems, and you know what questions to ask. Always helpful with some doctor teaching you to be a better doctor, but I think the mindset should be: You have to learn. Everything from programming your brain to do healthy stuff and learn to spot when you are being lied to, to actually learning medicine which I think is the easiest part. You only need to learn about the stuff that isn't working in your body and how to fix it. Whom to trust - THAT is the hard part to figure out.
