Gen. Michael Flynn: President Donald J. Trump can use martial law to rerun elections in swing states

Gen. Michael Flynn appeared on Newsmax and said that President Donald J. Trump has the Constitutional right to use "military capabilities" in swing states that would "rerun an election in each of those states."

"People out there talk about martial law like it's something that we've never done. Martial law has been instituted 64 times," said the general.
