In this video you see miss Laura Bonthuis from the Netherlands performing Shaolin Chen Xinjia Yi Lu Taijiquan. Laura Bonthuis was a former police officer and practised kickboxing under sensei Wim Scharrenberg. Besides that, she was also a high level professional Badminton player and has won many national and international tournaments. Laura Bonthuis works a fitness coach and practises Shaolin Kung Fu at the He Yong Gan martial arts school in Apeldoorn the Netherlands.
