Bacon Wrapped Sausage Roll or Log (sometimes called a "Fatty")

NOTICE OF RUNTIME ERROR: Half of a 3# sausage stick is 1-1/2# not 3/4 as I say in the video. This is a video where I make a bacon wrapped sausage log. It uses my own sweet hickory smoked country sausage but any high quality/low-fat sausage will work. It is good as a main dish and left-overs the next day works well with eggs.
