Recipes seem to share a few commonalties, mainly marinated venison wrapped with bacon. Italian salad dressing is an old time favorite as a deer marinade but don't limit yourself. The vegetables, if any, can be widely varied depending on what you like. Try bell and poblano peppers, portabella mushrooms; whatever you'd like on a shish kabob just bite-sized!
