Solo Winter Hammock Camping a bit of Bushcraft on the Side

In this solo hammock camping winter thing i'm going to test my ability to use what I learned in the feather sticking video prior to this one to see if I can get a fire going, in actual conditions. A viewer of mine Grumpy Grunt pointed out the one reason that A nerd would need to know how to make feather sticks, when It rains a lot everything gets soaked except the inside of dead trees. If you can split off the wet outer layer and create some feather sticks with the dry inner layer you could get a fire going.
Which gives me a video idea: x amount of ways to start a fire in rain.

Anyway this was fun to record, fun to do, and almost fun to edit =)

Thank you for watching!
