8 Minute Christmas Guided Relaxation

This short 8 Minute Guided Progressive Relaxation exercise will help you relax and improve your wellbeing through mindful breathing to become aware of what is going on in your body in the present moment. It uses the progressive relaxation technique on feet/ankles, legs, arms, hand, shoulders/neck and face/head to deepen the experience of relaxation. It has soothing music and can be listened to with eyes closed or open if you want to watch the Christmassy images on screen.
