Lose weight by eating more protein! This easy/fats recipe is a must try!

3/4 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 Tbsp flax seeds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1 Tbsp black sesame seeds
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup greek/plain yogurt
1/4 cup water
2 Tbsp coconut oil
2 Tbsp honey
