Cat Pretends Like he is Chewing to Communicate

Info from Licensor: Nacho is about 10 years old now and was given to me to live at my parent's house from a young couple who were having a baby and did not want to “risk” having their “mean” cat around their new-born. This is the same “mean” cat that will come and beg for food like this when he gets hungry. Nacho was clearly mistreated as his fur was matted beyond belief when we received him. He was taken to the vet and given his shots after a check-up and a professional “lion-cut” shave.
