Vietnam: City of Hue, center of the country, and home to kings for many centuries.

Hue, the city in the center of Vietnam, the location of the kings palace from roughly 1738 to 1945 (on and off). With historical remains dating back as far as the 4th century AD, Hue is and has been a central figure in the history of Vietnam. Looking at a map, you’ll see a protective river surrounding the city
flowing from the perfume river out to the East Sea just a few miles away.
Labeled one of the top ten cities in the world for Americans to retire, you’ll see a lot of Americans in Hue, and most people there can understand English. Hue is extremely beautiful, due to it’s almost rain forest like climate. Frequent rain keeps everything in the region green and lush. I can see why for centuries Kings have chosen Hue as the prime place to live. I have another video on the king’s palace in Hue, that’s well worth watching also.
I went there on a bus tour staying only 1 day and 2 nights. I definitely plan on going back to see more of this incredible city.
