Inconsiderate lane blocker holds up traffic

This is video footage of an inconsiderate driver blocking other drivers for his own convenience.

This is rush hour traffic and there is no time to waste. Then this guy pulls out of a parking lot and muscles and edges his way across three lanes. The oncoming lane and the left turn and straight lanes.

He just sits there while the light is red while making it difficult for oncoming cars to pass. Expressed by some horn honking.

When the left turn light turns green he is still sitting there preventing all left turners from going. All this because he wants to get into the straight lane. So I thought.

He finally makes it over but to my surprise he enters the other parking lot!

He then continues to make this a pass through shortcut and immediately exists the area bypassing the light himself.

His time must be more important.
