INGREDIENTS:
For Carnitas:
4lbs Pork Butt
Lard (For Deep frying)
Salt
Salsa verde:
7 to 8 Tomatillos
1 Jalapeno (De seeded)
1 Small Onion
2 to 3 Cloves Garlic
1 Lime
1 Bunch Of Cilantro
Salt & Pepper
Corn Tortillas
Garnish:
Onion, Cilantro & Lime
