Interviewing Employees for employment and Terminating Employees are two very important duties of the Executive Housekeeper.

It requires as much "Talent" to do both as it does to create music, paint canvas or sculpt stone.

Many Executive Housekeepers run their programs in the same stock cliche way that everybody else does in town...but many times....they simply lack "Talent".

Most Housekeeping departments have all the structure but lack the "Talent" to motivate and to accommodate the the good people they employ....so....unfortunately they have constant turn over and even decent in their departments continually.
