Fingers Abduction Lateral Strength Exercise For Guitar 2
4 years ago
82
Use hair tie or rubber band to strengthen your fingers for guitar playing. Put band below your first knuckle to avoid side-loading knuckle joints. Purpose of exercise is to get your fingers to comfortably stretch apart, and to have lateral strength and stability in your fingers for playing scales and chords. I try to keep videos under 1 minute long so as not to waste your time, and also so you can download, or video etc, for your own personal lesson folder, and so can share lessons via text message
