Whoopie Cakes

December 🎄 Whoopi Pies
1 box of any cake mix you like
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup peanut oil
3 fresh lg eggs
Mix 2 to 3 minutes
Place scoop on cookie sheet and work with a spoon into circle.
Back @ 400 degree preheated oven for 7 to 8
minutes or until done.
Set aside to cool completely.

Filling
2 sticks real butter
4 cups cake sugar ( powder sugar )
Whip the butter into fluff
Slowly add cake sugar mixing the whole time until incorporated and fluffy.
Add any flavor of extract you like.
Just a few drops. Tastes as you whip.

Wrap individual pie in cling wrap.
Keep in the fridge.
