Christmas Hopia

Why not? It's Christmas time! Make your Hopia special!😍🥳

Dough 1:
1 cup all purpose flour
1 Tbsp sugar
1/4 cup water
1/4 tsp red food coloring (good quality)

Dough 2:
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp green food coloring

Filling:
Mung bean paste/ red monggo paste
Boil 1 cup monggo beans until fully cooked and soft ,mash using a blender, on a low heat add beans,1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup condensed milk, blend until thick set aside.

Egg wash
