How to Get Back to That First Love Kind of Love

Jesus tells the church at Ephesus to return to their first love (Revelation 2:4-5). Those of us who have been Christians for many years probably relate to this command of our Lord. If you are like me, you may feel inadequate (if not powerless) to get back to that first love kind of love. If we look closer, we will realize that Jesus is not telling us to look within or try harder to love Him the way we did at first. He is telling us to revisit the height of God's first love for us in Christ Jesus. This is how our hearts get renewed. It will be like getting saved all over again.
