Rent out your RV, Camper or 5th Wheel

Do you have an RV, Camper or 5th Wheel? Is it just sitting there? Or are you wanting to buy one, but holding off because you know that you may only use it a few times a year?
Rent it out! There are people right now wanting to rent one. I have been renting our family camper out for 4 years now. It's paid for itself and it's paid for my truck. It's worth it.
We lived in Northern California and I found that advertising for FREE on Craig's list worked best. They now have FB marketplace and other FREE platforms. I used a commercial insurance company to insure my camper rental (your personal insurance does not cover it). Here is who I used they were helpful and had standard rental forms I used. We have moved to Florida and found the best and only way was using Outdoorsy (20%) & RVShare (25%). Yes, they charge that much...Ouch! It hurts. They do take care of everything and that is nice and convenient. Here are both of my links (copy and insert your info).

We thought about thinking one more, but felt like it would become more work than it's worth it. We have friends that make a living at this. They had 6 at last count. So, hey it may be worth it.
