This is one of the most popular Mirienda in the Philippines. This is a very simple recipe that consists of : 4 Cups Rice Flour, 2 Cups White Sugar, 2 Cans 13.5 oz. Coconut Milk, 1/4 cup warm water, 1 tbs Yeast, 1 tbs. Sugar, 5 tbs. Butter. Broil the Bibingka dough in the first 6 minutes (turn pan on the other side after 3 minutes, to prevent burning one side of your pan) Then reduce the heat to 350 F for 10-15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clear.
