This year has taken a tole on many of us struggling with drug and alcohol addiction. As the holidays approach, please be reminded that you are not alone. Don't isolate. There are others like you. I'm nearly 12 years sober and I promise you it gets better. Reach out. Talk to someone. Move your feet. Find a meeting. And best advise ever - surrender to a higher power. The grace of God can do some unexpected things to carry you through.
