HOW TO MAKE FIG JELLY (In a way of Japanese)

Fruit Jelly is one of the favorite foods for most of children. Yet nowadays many children born in city area don't know how to make it, how the chemistry and physics working in the process of cooking. So I demonstrate here to teach those things in making Fig Jelly from my garden harvest.

Home teacher may teach, depend on children ages though, SOL and GEL difference, Hydrogen Bond and Polymer Solubility, Heating and the state change, ,, etc. But all those are just a matter, the most important here, must be taught, is Science exists always in DAILY LIFE!
