U.S Supreme Court Rejects Texas Lawsuit Against Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin
Motion Denied
The United States Supreme Court has rejected a lawsuit filed by Texas that was backed by at least 18 other states and President Trump in an effort to correct this rigged election.
The decision came down minutes ago with the Supreme Court Justices saying quote “The State of Texas’ motion for leave to file a bill of complaint is denied for lack of standing under Article 3 of the Constitution.
Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections. All other pending motions are denied as moot”
The decision came down 7 to 2, with justices Alito and Thomas in favor of the motion.
