The more you know about these tactics, the better you will be able to identify them when someone is using them on you. And the more you know the better you'll be able to protect yourself from future narcs trying to control you.

One of our unintended topics today is when a narc gets together with a supply that turns out to also be a narc. At first, we think, "Great! Now they'll leave me alone." But what sometimes happens (maybe more than we know) is they may work as a team to target old supply and new people coming into their life.
