Cloudy Friday as rain moves in mid-day with possible rain-snow mix

Friday morning will start mainly cloudy with the chance for developing fog. By mid-day rain moves in and will continue through Friday night. The rain will be heavy at times and will mix with snow for areas away from the lakeshore. It will be breezy Friday with wind gusts up to 35 mph. Highs will be around 40-degrees. Overnight rain will mix with snow, and we will start to see some snow accumulations, especially for inland areas. Lows fall into the 30s.
