20201209 Criminal and Civil - The Daily Summation

I think it likely many people don't really understand major differences between civil and criminal activity.

There's a tendency for folks to apply standards like "beyond a reasonable doubt," to civil proceedings.

Anybody aware of what happened to O.J. Simpson, should well recognize that standard is not the one in play in such circumstances.

I talk about that idea and more in this edition of The Daily Summation from Kurt's Religion and Politics.
