Tim Baxter (Tim Allen) decides to help her and teach her Free enterprise and capitalism The first thing he teaches Her is location, So they decide the front of the Pot store to sell to the potheads (Marijuana causes the munchies). The school Principal, Carol Larabe, (Trish Campbell-Martin) comes to the stand and tells Tim and Jen to move the stand Because the school board will not like it.
It turns out The real reason was she believed the location would look bad for Vanessa campaign for City council.
The plot hole is HER Daughter owns and runs the Pot shop!!!
