One Day Old Baby Bunny Gets Some Milk

There were nine kits (baby bunnies) in this litter. There's not enough nipples on momma to go around! So, we're giving the skinniest ones an extra meal at night, because they are more likely to get pushed out of the way when momma bunny is nursing. This is in part to reduce the chance we lose any kits and to get them used to being handled.

The breed is Silver Fox.
