“I support our military and have voted in support of the National Defense Authorization Act in previous years. However, this year’s version of the NDAA was chalked full of special and anti-American interests that I could not, in good conscience, vote to support. Both the policies and the process are broken for this NDAA, and the House must begin to consider this bill under an open rule process.
