THE OCTOPUS part 1 - Nathan Baca reporting

It was the summer of 1991, and a housekeeper at the Sheraton Hotel in Martinsburg, West Virginia, was going about her daily chores when she entered Room 517 and was relieved to find that it was orderly and tidy, almost as if it had already been cleaned. She nevertheless went about her work, and it was not until she got to the bathroom where things would get sinister. Here she would find blood splattered all over the walls and the naked dead body of a man floating in bloody water within the bathtub, the wrists cut so gruesomely that the woman allegedly fainted on the spot. It seemed as if it was a simple suicide, pure and simple, but this mysterious death would go on to become embroiled in a world of sinister conspiracies, scandals, dark organizations, cover-ups, and intrigue.

The Octopus relates to a worldwide conspiracy using PROMIS, law enforcement database and coordination software which has numerous backdoors and exploits used by criminals within intelligence agencies. It also demonstrates that, since J. Edgar Hoover's mysterious death when CIA took over FBI, the FBI has gone from being the American Gestapo to being the means by which CIA and DHS (before their current civil war) could control attorneys, court cases, FISA procedures, criminal records and prosecutions and of course - the compliant incompetent and corrupt lapdog media.

PROMIS and The Octopus is the blueprint for the later Dominion project. Just as Dominion was used to destroy representative democracy in free countries, so was The Octopus and PROMIS used to destroy the justice system and replace it with a mere system of laws.
