Pennsylvania Lawsuit Regarding "Act 77" DENIED!!! Or Has It Been? 'Safe Harbor' Explained

If you were just an average consumer of the mainstream narrative, you for one would not have found this channel. But since you are here, you might be confused seeing how the lawsuit drafted by the team for Mike Kelly regarding the unconstitutionality of 'Act 77' was denied and was effectively dead on arrival. That is simply not the case. Only one part of the lawsuit was dismissed, the case will still be heard.

The mythical 'Safe Harbor' Day is also just that; a pure work of fiction. Even according to recently departed Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
