The Bible is Corrupted: Another Later Muslim Development

Modern Muslims almost unanimously believe in the wholesale corruption of the biblical text. However, this is a later development that arose as it became increasingly known that the Quran does not appear sufficiently familiar with the scriptures it claims to affirm. At the most, early Muslims argued that Muhammad's name, or certain details about him, had been removed from the prior scriptures by a small group of Jews.
