2012 Prius - CEL P0301 Cylinder 1 misfire/Engine knocking
My attempt at diagnosing and fixing my engine problems (amateur):
What I did to fix my issue when I got a check engine light with a P0301 code indicating a misfire in cylinder 1 with severe engine knocking.
For the last 4-5 months my car has been blowing mostly warm air, even on cold days and my car temp set to 65 degrees. To get any cold air at all I would have to turn on the AC. After this maintenance the cold air has returned and everything is back to normal.
